Ingredients:

sausages
230g can of
baked beans
230g can of chopped
tomatoes
1 tablespoon
oil
3 tablespoons instant mashed
potato, made up with 200ml boiling water
Serves: 1
Preparation and cooking time: 1 hour 10 min
Preheat the oven to 180oC. Place the sausages and oil in a small casserole dish, and cook for 35 minutes. Turn the oven up to 200oC. Remove the dish from the oven, mix in the beans and tomatoes, and spread the mashed potato over the top. Return the dish to the oven and cook for 15-20 minutes, until the potato is golden brown.
