The first album by Hayden (b. Hayden Desser). Released in 1995 it quickly became the best-selling indie album in Canada, even though it was extremely lo-fi.
There were two versions of this album. The first was released on hardwood records (Hayden's own record label) and contained the full 16+ tracks. The second re(re)lease of the album contained only 14, and was put out by Sonic Unyon.

This version of the album also includes extended versions of "bad as they seem" and "lounging", as well as a secret track in which a weird voice quite humourously decribes how to make a BLT and Macaroni & Cheese.
