holiday often referred to by
American servicemen during
WWII and the
Korean War. Mostly, this holiday was invoked when some
trivial (or not-so-trivial) breach of
fairness or
etiquette was involved: "Hey, what
IS this? International Fuck-your-buddy Week?"
Attempts to fix an exact date for this important holiday have been resolutely sabotaged.
