GALAH, Gay And Lesbian Atheists and Humanists, is an organization of devoted to (obviously) uniting homosexuals and freethinkers againt the religious right and homosexual discrimination.
GALAH's goals are, from their website www.galah.org:
- Support equal rights for lesbians, gays, transgenders, and bisexuals.
- Educate people about atheism and humanism.
- Support separation of church and state.
- Provide freethinkers with opportunities to get to know each other.
GALAH has been around for about 14 years and is centered around the Los Angeles area, but has recently been spreading with the help of the internet.
