Flying Watermelon

  • With August at Porter College. We go into the dining hall to grab some drinks and come out with two cups of watermelon juice. When we come back outside we meet our hippie friend, Nick. We all lie down, watching the sky as a city bus flies by. It's the new thing and we talk about it, predicting personal flyers any day now. And there you go: we see a girl flying, her books under her arm on her way to class.
