A mountain range in Utah running north to south, also known as the "Wasatch Front". Most of the population of the state lives at the western feet of these mountains. The Wasatch includes such highlights as Mount Timpanogos with its famous cave, the Sundance Resort, Park City (Utah's party town), and several quality ski resorts.

Many of the events of the 2002 Winter Olympics were held on these mountains.
