Proposed by The Center for Constitutional Rights due to the fracas of Election 2000, the Voters' Bill of Rights is as follows:

Strict enforcement and extension of the Voting Rights Act of 1965.

 Abolition of the Electoral College.

 Clean money Elections.

 Instant Runoff Voting.

 Proportional Representation.

 Voting rights for former prisoners.
(political prisoners of the war on drugs, no doubt)

Make voting easier and more reliable.

Easier access to the ballot, the media, and debates for candidates.

Create Independent and non-partisan election bodies.

Statehood for the District of Columbia.
