shochu, which is an
indigenous vodka-like grain
alcohol that in it's average quality, is, in this humble
nodist's opinion, impossible to drink without a
mixer.
I'm told that very high quality shochu is available, but after one of the most deadly hangovers in my life, I haven't dared to try...
