Reggianito is a hard Argentinian table cheese similar to the Italian Parmagiano Reggiano.

The milk for Reggianito is provided by pasture-fed cows, and is cured longer than its Italian progenitor. Its sharp flavour is perfect for grating over pasta or vegetables.

The name is derived from the size of the wheels that the cheese is formed into -- smaller than Reggiano.
