Boule Du Roves is an interesting French cheese, produced exclusively from milk of the
Roves goats, which give less than half the average goat's milk in a day (2 litres versus 5 litres). The Roves milk is therefore very dense and
fatty. The resultant fresh cheese is extremely
herby.
