The Palm III line of Palm Organizers currently includes the Palm III (basic 2MB version), the Palm IIIx (4MB ram), the Palm IIIxe (8MB), the Palm IIIe (2MB, OS not upgradable, and the color-screen Palm IIIc. All except the IIIc run on AAA batteries.
