One quart of vegetable stock
One slice of ginger
A few drops of sesame oil
Boil the broth with ginger, add watercress, salt and pepper. Cook for around 10 minutes. Before serving, add a few drops of sesame oil. You can add Fan Nung: Sizzling Rice to this.
