Another lesser-known smiley or emoticon, this winking bull often shows up at the end of lines of Perl to tell you that you've finished declaring a list or some such thing.
Of course, if you look at it another way, it's a rather glum-looking chap who is probably upset that the segment of code in question had to come to an end.
