An odd sort of fried rice I like to make. One could add more vegetables or even meat to the recipe if they like, just toss them in at the right time in the cooking process.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
- make rice
- Mix soy and peanut butter, for convience later
get pan hot and oiled for stir-frying procedures
- begin to brown garlic
- add peas, stir-fry until plump, add carrot
- stir fry a couple of minutes more (at most)
- add rice, then add soy and peanut butter, stirring constantly
- cook a minute or two longer, until proper consistency is achieved
