An odd sort of fried rice I like to make. One could add more vegetables or even meat to the recipe if they like, just toss them in at the right time in the cooking process.



  • make rice
  • Mix soy and peanut butter, for convience later
  • get pan hot and oiled for stir-frying procedures
  • begin to brown garlic
  • add peas, stir-fry until plump, add carrot
  • stir fry a couple of minutes more (at most)
  • add rice, then add soy and peanut butter, stirring constantly
  • cook a minute or two longer, until proper consistency is achieved
