From La cucina futurista:
Zabaglione frozen hard in a bowl. On top: a layer of whipped cream. Between the zabaglione and the cream, slices of orange soaked in Zara maraschino.

On the white surface place long slices of banana with, at the centre, a half date stuffed with a paste of chopped sweet and bitter almonds and Aurum liqueur. On the two sides of this composition, which reminds one of skis, discs of candied fruits with a sweet breadstick threaded through the centre.
