You know who I'm talking about. Those people that you can always hear over the general laughter of a group when someone tells a joke. It's too loud, it grates on my ears. Can't they tell they're laughing too loudly?

I suppose I can't blame them, and really, I feel sorry for them. But it bugs the heck out of me.

A prime example of such a person goes to my school. He also makes jokes nobody laughs at, and asks questions during lecture that are intended to be funny, but fall flat horribly. He's not a comfortable person to be around, because I get embarassed over his behavior so much.

But how do you tell someone this? I certainly don't know.
