This is a suggested prayer for those who wish to pray before accessing the Internet. The prayer can be said to the intercession of Saint Isidore. St. Isidore is proposed as the patron saint of the Internet - but this has not yet been sanctioned by any Church official or the Vatican. The prayer is presented in English and Latin, for those who prefer more traditional worship. This prayer is, of course, not strictly Catholic in nature - all are welcome to use it.

English Version

Almighty and eternal God,
who created us in Thy image
and bade us to seek after all that is good, true and beautiful,
especially in the divine person
of Thy only-begotten Son, our Lord Jesus Christ,
grant we beseech Thee that,
through the intercession of Saint Isidore, Bishop and doctor,
during our journeys through the Internet
we will direct our hands and eyes
only to that which is pleasing to Thee
and treat with charity and patience
all those souls whom we encounter.
Through Christ our Lord. Amen.

et omnes quos convenímus cum caritáte ac patiéntia accipiámus.
Per Christum Dóminum nostrum. Amen.
