Peter Greenbaum, born 1946. A great singer/guitarist from Bethnal Green, London. He was Fleetwood Mac, in its first (and best) years, but before that, he was Eric Clapton's replacement in John Mayall's Bluesbreakers; Green, McVie, and Fleetwood later left to found the Mac, which became a leading light of the late-60s blues boom. Green became an acid casualty, and, like Syd Barrett, was diagnosed schizophrenic. After several false starts, he seems to be playing live again...
