Also known as Sir Lleb, Pubic Pete, and Cap'n Draw. The illustrator who was the main conspirator in P-Funk's graphics, from around the mid-70s onward. Raunchy, dense, gonzo, cartoony stuff that defined the band's look just as much as the Mothership, George Clinton's rainbow hair, Bootsy's shades, and Gary "Starchild" Shider's diaper, and was just as distinctive as the more-famous heavy hitters of 70s album art, like Roger Dean, Hipgnosis, or Neon Park.
