Chicago Style (idea)

According to Pokey the Penguin #382, Chicago Style means "to do something without your pants on!" Pokey teaches the Learning Administrator that administrating Chicago Style will give better results. Pokey comments, "Thusly, the pants come off and test scores rise!".

The Chicago Style idea returns in #393, where Pokey tells the small child: "in San Francisco, it is recommended you dress Chicago Style"
