Chief villain from the "Battle of the Planets" cartoon (aka "G-Force" or by its original Japanese name "Gatchaman"). Zoltar was always presented as a male villain in a bird-like costume (kind of looked like a pterodactyl) but in the Japanese version, "he" was actually a "she" as revealed by an eventual unmasking by the good guys.
