Soy Wasabi Glaze (idea)

This is a quick and simple sauce which really dresses up meat or fish. Serve this atop a seared rare tuna steak (mmmm!), grilled beef, or chicken. Snow peas make an excellent side dish.

Ingredients:
• 1 stick unsalted butter
• 3 green onions, chopped coarsly.
• 3 TBS soy sauce
• 2 TBS (one small tube) prepared wasabi

Directions:
1. In a small saucepan over low-medium heat, add all ingredients.
2. Stir constantly until the sauce is smooth and the butter is melted.
