Teriyaki Chicken Stir-Fry

Sauce

  • 1/2 cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp. Sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. Ground Ginger
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 1 tbsp. Corn Starch

Chicken and Marinade

  • 2 Medium Red Onions

  1. Cut the breast in half lengthwise then slice chicken into 1/4 inch thick slices across the grain. Mix with marinade mix and let sit 20 minutes.
  2. Mix the sauce ingredients and set aside.
  3. Peel Onion, cut in half (top-to-bottom) and slice into 1/4-3/8 inch wide slices (again from top to bottom). Separate the onion pieces.
  4. Put Oil into Wok and heat on med-high heat. Add onion and stir-fry for 2-4 min.
  5. Mix up chicken mix, and add to Wok. Stir fry until chicken is cooked.
  6. Stir the sauce mix, and add to the Wok.
  7. Cook until the sauce thickens. (for thicker sauce you can add another tbsp of Corn Starch)
