Been asked to work
a lot of overtime now. This morning
the
circles appeared under my eyes. I have to take
steps to not be worn down.
Rain, rain, rain. Happily, nothing leaks and my car
is running well.
A friend suggested that the crackers who broke into
Microsoft went in to fix bugs.
Bush and Gore in a dead heat. I heard a very good
piece on NPR (click the hard link if you don't know
what that is) the other day: this commentator
who said, "If you don't know the candidates or the issues,
if you can't tell Al Gore from Leslie Gore or George Bush
from his father, don't vote! If you don't know and you
don't care, don't vote."
As a personal disclaimer, I've voted already, by absentee
ballot. (Can you tell that I'm absent?)
