Japanese, familiar form of anata. It's rather rude to say to a superior or a stranger, so do not use it unless addressing a close friend or a "definate inferior, like a child who you are moderately familiar with.
In anime, this is often found in the phrase "anta baka?!", which means "(are) you (are an) idiot!".
