Ambrosia

1 oz. Applejack,
1 oz. Brandy,
1 dash Triple Sec,
Splash of Lemon juice,
Chilled Champagne
Shake all ingredients (except champagne) over ice, Pour into a highball glass,. Fill with chilled Champagne, stir lightly, and serve.
