The Simbrah breed of cattle is the product of crossing the Simmental and Brahman breeds in order to produce cattle with the strongest attributes of each: from the Simmental, the Simbrah get a rapid growth and quick sexual maturity, resulting in a high herd expansion rate; from the Brahman, possibly the most frequently cross-bred strain in the world, contributes is usual assortment of strengths, including insect and disease resistance and climate adaptability.

Although the beef of Simbrah is not as tender as that of European breeds like the Hereford, its large frame yeilds excellent carcass weight.
