A spell in the world of Dungeons and Dragons. The specifics of this spell can be found in the Player's Handbook, however I'll give you a brief description of it:

First of all, this spell is highly used by Drows as it is innate in them, in other words, they learn at a very young age. When cast this spell will surround an opponent with balls of fire without harming them. This aids the pursuer or caster to see them more easily, in other words mark a big bullseye. This is especially efficient with opponents who are 1) blinded by fiery light 2) scared of fire 3) hard to see.

When I was DM'ing, this spell was also the result of Flaming Homosexual.
