C-SPAN has been showing the Libertarian Party haggle over its platform all day. It's fascinating and boring. They're arguing over every single word in their platform under strict parliamentary procedure.
David Bergland, national chair of the Libertarian Party , has the unenviable task of trying to lead several hundred Libertarians through the Rules of Order. A lot of them are college kids who have no idea what's going on.
