Group of activists using video to represent an alternative to the reporting from the mainstream media. They offer training workshops in video documentation for activists and maintain a accessible archive of footage of more than 2000 hours.
Started in 1993 by a small group of environmentalists and TV producers as Small World Media. Published their first news video april 1994, at first distributing a batch of 250 tapes. Moves to Oxford, changes the name to Undercurrents Foundation and releases two more tapes during 1995.
