KW Area (place)

I must agree with pinky64 that this area sucks some serious cock. I'll add the following points.

- Downtown Kitchener is a hole.
- One highway heading from Waterloo to Kitchener turns into a highway heading from Kitchener to Waterloo with no sense that you ever changed direction.
- Two streets in the area cross over each other 3 times.
- Waterloo stinks of manure all the time. And don't use the lame excuse "There are lots of farms in Waterloo." When I was small there were farms in Whitby and it didn't stink like ass.
- There are tonnes of little flying bugs in the summertime that like to fly around people's faces.
- Around UW there are always trucks backing up. This noise is annoying and sounds exactly like that alarm clock I didn't want to hear before getting up in the morning.
- The two universities may be known world wide and respected for their programs, but that's never been a synonym for quality. For example, Celine Dion is known world wide and respected. UW may well be one of the best universities in the world, but it really does suck. The other universities probably suck even more.
- There are no good movie theatres besides the Princess Cinema. The Silvercity's an expensive dump packed with people from Guelph and the tri-city.

Waterloo has its few good sides, though: the Princess Cinema, vintage clothing stores, Jane Bond and Generation X.
