Montreal Chicken recipe
Get a frying pan
hot over medium heat.
Rinse chicken with water.
Generously cover both sides of chicken with Montreal seasoning.
Put a little bit of oil in the pan.
Place chicken breast-side down in pan.
When chicken has browned lightly on one side, flip it over, splash a good dose of wine into the pan, cover tightly and lower heat.
In about 5-10 minutes, chicken should be fully cooked.
Serve with a nice rice pilaf or something.
