DULCE DE LECHE
3 liters of milk
800g of fine sugar
2 spoons of vanilla essence
2 little spoons of baking soda
Mix the milk, sugar, vanilla essence and baking soda in
a big saucepan.
Boil for about two hours mixing continuously so that it
doesn't stick to the saucepan, until a dense brownish dough
Serve with cookies or toasted bread. It also can be used as a filling for alfajores.
