I've got $1.19 in change, and it's impossible for me to make change for a dollar (idea)

I have three Quarters, four dimes, and four pennies.

This all adds up to $1.19, you can't make change for a dollar, however this is the largest amount of money you can have in change without being able to make change for a dollar. So at least there is something good about my situation.
