symbol and reminder of sacred oaths and covenants.

endowments covenant to wear garments as a
daily reminder of the sanctity of these commitments. The garments are always white two-piece cotton/nylon underclothing (knee-length shorts and shirts which cover the shoulder). The garments are not worn for

swimming, etc.
