s, which in some cases have never been run before. This often involves bouncing off rocks, falling over waterfalls
, and occasionally stopping to look at a section before you fall down it. The rivers which are used for this activity are typically rated V or above on the International Scale of River Difficulty
. This is not a sport for anyone but advanced paddler
