Equal Rights is a Peter Tosh album originally released in 1977, and is considered by many to be his greatest accomlishmet apart from his involvment with Bob Marley and the Wailers.

Artists on the album include: Guest Musicians include "Dirty Harry" on sax, Bobby Ellis on trumpet, Harold Butler on clavinet, Karl Pitterson on guitar, and "Skully" on additional percusion instruments.
