Frank Zappa album released in 1993.
This album consists of wild orchestral peices, all composed by Frank himself. The orchestra that actually performed the album was the Ensemble Modern.

The title of the album comes from a sculpture that was given to Frank by a fan. Constructed from a surf board, spraypainted yellow, and cut to the shape of a shark (dorsal fin and all).

This is an awesome album, especially if you are already a Zappa fan.
