Retired Boeing engineering manager since 1995. In the meanwhile have obtained my "recreational" commercial pilots license with IFR, climbed Mt Rainier, wrote and directed many DVDs--two of which addressing, Alaska and Archery Hunting are on Amazon.com and wrote a historical novel about early aviator Clyde Pangborn who was the first to fly the Pacific nonstop--an exciting 5500 mile over water adventure in a single-engine land airplane (see OneChanceforGlory.com). Although I am reaching up in age now, my interests are hiking, skiing, fishing, hunting, flying, photography, and anything outdoors in general. Was born in Yakima, Washington, raised in Wapato, Washington, graduated from Wapato High School, attended Central Washington University in Ellensburg for a year, graduated with a BS in Aeronautical Engineering from the University of Washington and spend my entire working career with Boeing in both the Commercial airplane side and the Military airplane side. Have a wife, Joyce, of 54 years, two boys who are out seeking their own fortune and no pets at this time. Have lived East of Renton, Washington, for the past 40 years. |
