She is the

Kiana's Flex Appeal" which airs on
ESPN2. She played
Jean-Claude Van Damme's
sidekick in
Universal Soldier: The Return and had a guest appearence on "
The Drew Carey Show".
Kiana's mother Marilynn was a P.E. teacher for 30 years and her father was an actor. These two aspects seem to have shaped her career in becoming a television fitness guru. Kiana has two dogs Flex and Crunch.
