These are super quick and easy--especially if one uses a microwave* to melt the ingredients. They taste exactly--and I mean exactly(!)--like Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups. Of course they're fattening as Hell and will give you diabetes.

2 cups graham cracker crumbs
4 cups powdered sugar
1 cup (2 sticks) butter or margarine
2 cups creamy peanut butter (the good stuff--not that "natural" stuff!)
12 oz. Chocolate chips
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine

Mix sugar and crumbs together in large bowl. In another bowl melt 2 sticks butter, then mix in the peanut butter. Stir in the crumb mixture to combine, and press into bottom of 10 x 15 jelly roll pan.

Melt chocolate chips and butter; stir until smooth. Pour over crust and spread evenly. Refrigerate approximately 15 to 30 minutes. Cut into diamonds or squares.

*If you do not have a microwave these can, of course, be made by melting the ingredients in appropriate-size saucepans.
