TODAY is also a newspaper in the
Philippines, published and run by the
inimitable Teodoro Locsin, Jr..
TODAY does not have a wide readership (it never did). But because of the quaity of its writing staff, It is the favorite raiding ground of more poular broadsheets for staff writers. Nevertheless, TODAY still employs some of my favorite writers, such as Manuel Quezon III, Jessica Zafra, and Teddy Locsin himself.
The print edition of Today stands out from the other Philippine broadsheets in production quality, as well, using better newsprint than most, and the newspaper's layout is excellent.
TODAY's online presence at http://www.today.net.ph however is a miserable excuse for a website and does not do justice to the print edition.
