Tomalley (tuh MOLL ee) is the liver of a lobster.
Soft, green and slimy, how could anyone resist?
That's right, it is considered by some to be a rare delicacy, added to sauces or eaten alone. Yummy.
However some wise people have suggested that it just might not be such a good thing to be eating and recommend that it is limited to one meal per month, if at all.
So now you know, I wish you happy tomalley eating.

For an alternative account see zgirll's admission under lobster. Yes we know it says the same thing as this but better and yes we know it was there first and yes shame on me for repeating things but we're hoping no one will notice. So I won't tell anyone if you don't. Deal?
