Today marks day one of my first
vacation in four years.
I intend to not think about my
job for the next week and try to squeeze some of the
tension out of me that's been knotted up for so long, take a
train somewhere and become
anonymous for a few days and wander around like a
tourist. I'll have no
schedule, no
meetings, no
deadlines and no need to wear anything requiring me to
iron it and I've been looking forward to this for a long time.
