I have seen water.

And now, having seen the water for what it is, I need to go for a while and be a grown up. E2 gave me confidence as a writer and a place to experiment, but it has a tendency to suck my life away. So I'm going to have to get clean, and leave you all behind. But I'll miss you. Each and every one of you. jp, quizro, witchiepoo, templeton, keep on keeping on.
Stay sweet! Have a great summer...I'll call you!

Bye all.

Cats Need Homes!

San Diego county has reached crisis time for abandoned cats. There are too many cats that need homes, and right now the county animal shelter is FULL, and will have to destroy cats if the rescue organizations can't take them, or people don't adopt them. I work with the Rescue House, and we're squeezing in cats anywhere and everywhere in an attempt to keep the county from having to put them down.

If you've ever thought of getting a cat or a kitten, now would be a great time to do so. I've included a bunch of cat adoption resources in San Diego, and I'd be happy to help if you think you might want to adopt a cat.

I received a postcard from the spacklequeen the other day, and I've never even met her. I especially enjoyed the secret messages. Nobody else could read them but I know they were written just for me....

Templeton sent me and my munchkins an awesome mix tape, full of groovin tunes that had people dancin' through the house. She is wonderful and you all should send her little envelopes full of love.
witchiepoo is mighty cool, and captures the essence of parenting angst right here, except, at least at my house, there's usually more mess involved-- and occasionally trips to the emergency room!!

This is an absolute explosion of a write up, and it completely captures the essence of Morphine. Glasses in the air for Chihuahua Grub.

You need to take a look at the Maze of Murdered Poems, and if you are responsible, FESS UP because it's mighty cool.
