Sauce Bohemienne is one of the ingredients used to make
Lobster Bohemienne.
¾ cup of Béchamel Sauce
2 tablespoons of Port wine
1 tablespoon of Brandy
Mix the Béchamel Sauce, Port and Brandy over low heat to just the boiling point. Do not boil.
Serve over Lobster, and other seafood.
