Chinese restaurant in Portland, Oregon. It's located in a somewhat seedy-looking part of town, but nothing scary. While the name sounds like a bad joke and is quite fun to mention in public, it's a real restaurant.

Unfortunately, it's not a real good restaurant. No windows and worn decor do little for a nice dining experience, though the kitchen is supposedly spotless. The food is typical Chinese and relatively cheap, and thankfully MSG-free. Reviews from friends have been less than stellar in both taste, service, and even value, which is hard for any cheap restaurant to lose on. One person said it was so bad and unfriendly it had to be a front for organized crime. I wasn't very surprised when later told it was run by Italians for a Russian mafia gun-smuggling front. Just another bit of ambience in Portland.
