There's this internet 'tradition', many of you will have come across, where you you feel obliged not to use your own name online, but as a result make up some (cool sounding) internet name for yourself.

After a while, it sticks, and when your online you immediatly type that alternative name in whenever you see a box saying 'name'.

I'm 18 (year 2001). I got the internet when I was 15.

deceiver82517 is made up from two seperate things, both of which I thought were cool when I was 15, neither of which I think are 'cool' anymore - but hey, it's my name.

82517 - my (then) favourite episode of the cult american television series 'X-Files'.

deceiver - long story, maybe I'll write a node about it some time.
