This is the title of the fourth episode of DOOM which was released commerically with Ultimate Doom (v1.9).
Although Ultimate Doom didn't add any new monsters or weapons, "Thy Flesh Consumed" had some amazing level designs and moved the storyline behind DOOM a little further along from "Inferno" (episode three).
The fourth episode was released quite a while after DOOM 2 and the advertisement for Ultimate Doom that I saw in a few PC gamer rags featured the DOOM logo and the title of the added episode against a background of white flowers. No new graphics - no new screenshots.
