A bot found on EFnet IRC which was supposed to serve as an RPG aid of sorts, but instead became an online dictionary of sorts for the sharing of inside jokes (some of which were quite offensive), not unlike Everything. Naturally, Everything has taken over noppa's job quite well, leaving noppa to become nothing more than an interesting piece of online history.
